The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority (SSCAFCA) is currently seeking a Fiscal Services Director to join our Team. The Fiscal Services Director directs and manages the Authority’s Fiscal Services Division, including procurement, development and administration of the annual operating budget, financial reporting, and implementation of internal fiscal controls. The position is responsible for managing the external audit process; overseeing fiscal components of the Authority’s capital funding program; managing the investment of SSCAFCA funds; administering state and federal grants, including reimbursement; and performing limited human resources functions related to employee benefits and compensation. This position reports directly to SSCAFCA’s Executive Engineer.
