 Project Summary: The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority (SSCAFCA) is developing the Black Arroyo Open Space Master Plan for the approximately 75 acres of land west of Maggie Cordova Elementary School. The plan consists of a framework for low impact land use and educational opportunities and could also include other passive uses like trails, observation points, and outdoor learning opportunities.

 Please join us to learn more about the project, interact with SSACFCA engineers and the master planning team and ask questions.

Materials presented at the public involvement meeting will be posted on SSCAFCA’s web site (www.sscafca.com) after the public meeting for further review by the public.
