The Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority (SSCAFCA) is evaluating a proposed water quality improvement project near the confluence of the Arroyo de la Barranca and the Rio Grande. SSCAFCA is holding a public meeting to share information about the proposed project and to hear from nearby residents. Your input is important.
