NOTICE OF CALL OF ELECTION AND OF NOMINATION OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTHERN SANDOVALCOUNTY ARROYO FLOOD CONTROL AUTHORITY
TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2014
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2014, concurrently with the general election, an election of the qualified voters of the Southern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority (herein designated as the Authority), shall be held for and within the Authority, at which election the registered qualified electors of the Authority shall elect one qualified elector to serve as director of the Authority to serve a six year term ending January 1, 2021. The candidate receiving the highest number of votes shall be elected as director.
