Black Arroyo Ribbon Cutting

On the brisk morning of December 17th, SSCAFCA held the ribbon cutting ceremony for the black arroyo. Students from Maggie Cordova Elementary joined the event crossing the newly installed pedestrian bridge over the arroyo.
